We are seeking aProject Manager to lead our USTDAcontract. The PM will oversee all aspects of contract performance, supervise staff, and serve as the primary liaison with government leadership.
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite, situational telework with approval)
Clearance: Secret (active or interim)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of contract operations.
- Oversee quality control, staffing, scheduling, and contract performance.
- Serve as primary liaison with USTDA CO and COR.
- Manage administrative services including records, HR support, procurement, and facilities.
- Provide technical support during events (AV troubleshooting).
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience in administrative services or program management.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing federal contracts.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- College degree required; business or management preferred.
