Enterprise Account Executive
Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location-Type: Remote (must be located in either FL, MS, AL, GA, or SC)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: Permanent
Compensation Range: $115,000-$125,000 base salary uncapped commission (OTE $250,000-$300,000 )
Job Description:
Drive new business growth by selling complex software and technology solutions into state and local government accounts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and close new business within state and local public sector accounts

Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities
-
Navigate government procurement processes, RFPs, and budget cycles
-
Conduct client meetings and occasional onsite visits to advance deals
-
Partner with internal teams to move opportunities through the sales cycle
-
Consistently work toward and exceed quota targets
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
5-10 years of experience selling complex software, IT solutions, or business process outsourcing services
-
Strong experience selling into state and local government accounts
-
Hunter mentality with a proven track record of new client acquisition
-
Demonstrated quota attainment and history of exceeding sales goals
-
Experience with government procurement, RFPs, and public sector budgeting processes

Experience using Salesforce CRM

Experience with sales engagement tools, ideally Outreach
-
High energy, strong presentation skills, and money-motivated mindset

Nice-to-Haves:

Prior experience in the GovTech space
-
Background selling into public sector accounts in a high-growth environment

Experience managing a wide range of deal sizes and sales cycles

Familiarity with upsell and add-on opportunities after initial landings
