Job Overview:
The Senior Search Consultant is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in identifying top-tier executive and highly technical talent for specialized, hard-to-fill positions in high-demand, low-supply markets. This role focuses on sourcing and generating qualified leads for recruiters, particularly in the Public Sector space, including Poly-level candidate sourcing for National Security-level contracts. The consultant will utilize cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods to identify, qualify, and present technical, cleared talent.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage years of senior-level search experience in agency or consulting environments.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical terminology and its proper application.
• Partner with Business Leadership and Staffing Teams to conduct discovery calls and identify specific required and desired skills.
• Specialize in sourcing and evaluating highly qualified resources in emerging and niche areas of technology.
• Successfully execute senior executive-level searches.
• Network, vet, and convert passive candidates via phone.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines with both passive and active candidates.
• Provide competitive intelligence and insights into market conditions in emerging areas.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience recruiting in the Public Sector space, including Poly-level candidate sourcing.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and present technical, cleared talent.
• Expertise in cold calling, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Strong consulting and partnership skills with business leadership and staffing teams.
• Demonstrated success in senior executive-level searches.
• Ability to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
• Understanding of market conditions and competitive intelligence in niche areas.

Pay Range: $45 - $62

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
