Quality Inspector
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Roanoke, VA, 24019. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of in-process components, and finished products.
- Utilize measuring instruments and testing equipment to assess product quality.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
- Identify defects and non-conformities, and collaborate with management to implement corrective actions.
- Participate in quality audits.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification in quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using measuring instruments and software for data analysis.
