Early Childhood Educator (Reggio Emilia Inspired)
Location: Richmond, VA (23298) | Salary: $38K – $48K | Status: Full-Time Direct Hire

We are looking for six dedicated Child Care Teachers to join our Richmond team. Utilizing the Reggio Emilia approach, you won't just "babysit"—you will co-research and explore the world alongside children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.

What You’ll Do:
Create: Develop adaptive, creative lesson plans that turn learning into an "explosion" of potential.
Observe: Document children’s daily discoveries and share these meaningful milestones with families.
Curate: Maintain a beautiful, safe, and organized "third teacher" environment (your classroom).
Lead: Supervise aides and volunteers to ensure a high-standard, nurturing atmosphere.
What You Bring:
Education: An Associate’s degree in ECE, Psychology, or a related field (or 40+ hours of relevant coursework). Bachelor’s/Master’s in ECE preferred!
Experience: 2+ years of formal experience working with children (6 weeks to 6 years).
Mindset: A deep respect for children’s autonomy and a love for both indoor and outdoor learning.
