Groundskeeper needed to do maintain corporate estate. Some warehouse and furniture installation work.

Work at Company Headquarters in Fairfax, VA 22030, in a rural, pastoral setting.

Requirements: English speaking; Energetic and cooperative attitude and 2-years gardening experience; experience with lawn mowers, weed-whackers, chain saw, and hand tools for gardening and landscaping. Green Card or US Citizen; Valid Driver’s License; Must work at company HQ, Monday - Friday approx. 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Helpful experience: Carpentry, Painting, Small Truck Driving, Tractor with Backhoe, Warehouse; fork-lift; English; High School Education.

Pay: Starting pay will be commensurate with experience. Advancement will be commensurate with actual production and accomplishments.
