Your New Role

As a Carpet Cleaning Technician in Sterling, VA , you’ll be the face of Zerorez. You’ll deliver 5-star service as you clean carpets, upholstery, tile, hardwood, and more in homes and commercial buildings across a 35–40 mile radius of our office.

• Drive to scheduled appointments in a company vehicle

• Educate customers on our services and showcase your expertise

• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment (you’ll be trained)

• Keep a clean, organized work vehicle and gear

• Be part of a reliable, professional, and hard-working crew

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in carpet cleaning or similar service work

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Sterling, VA office (not public transit accessible)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Able to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly and operate heavy equipment

• Comfortable with physical labor and being on your feet all day

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willing to complete a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening

• Customer-first attitude and professional appearance

• IICRC certification is a strong plus, but not required
