Posting Clerk

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with automotive titles? We’re looking for an Automotive Posting Clerk to join our team and help ensure accurate posting, documentation, and processing of deals in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You’ll Do: * Accurately post all vehicle sales, purchases, and wholesale transactions into the accounting system * Process and verify automotive titles, including lien releases and DMV paperwork * Maintain accurate and organized deal jackets and records for compliance * Assist with daily reconciliation of sales and inventory reports * Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to resolve posting or title issues * Provide administrative support to the office and dealership leadership What We’re Looking For: * Previous automotive accounting or posting clerk experience required * Title clerk experience strongly preferred * Knowledge of DMV regulations, title transfers, and related compliance * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy office environment What We Offer: * Competitive pay based on experience * Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Supportive and team-oriented work culture If you’re ready to bring your automotive posting and title experience to a company that values accuracy and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
