Earn $18–$24/hour , based on your experience, skill set, and certifications.

✅ Consistent Schedule
Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM —with overtime available when needed and only one on-call weekend per month .

You’ll help maintain our single-family and multifamily homes across the Tidewater region, ensuring residents enjoy safe, comfortable homes. Typical responsibilities include:

???? Troubleshooting and repairs of:

• Electrical and plumbing systems

• HVAC (a plus if certified!)

• Appliances

• Lighting (interior/exterior), fireplaces, and ceiling fans

• Gas fixtures, hot water heaters (gas/electric)

• Doors, windows, locks, and sliding doors

???? Unit Turnovers:
Prepare homes for new residents—on time and move-in ready.

???? Make-Ready Inspections:
Walk units, assess repairs, and ensure quality work is completed.

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in residential maintenance or related fields
✔️ Your own tools
✔️ A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✔️ EPA/HVAC Certification is a big plus
