Stairs Measurer

Responsibilities
- Conduct precise measurements of staircases in various settings including residential and commercial spaces.

- Create detailed sketches and documentation of measurements for design and production purposes.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients and design teams regarding stair design and installation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during the measurement process.
- Review and verify designs based on measurement data to prevent errors in production.
- Maintain accurate records of all measurements taken, along with any relevant client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a stairs measurer or in a similar role within the construction or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of staircase design principles and building codes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in measurement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend architectural drawings and design specifications.
- Proficient in the use of measuring tools and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
