About the Role:

As a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Administrator , you'll be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments. Your role is critical in ensuring an exceptional customer experience through clear communication, efficient scheduling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound service calls and respond to online appointment requests

• Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software

• Follow up with customers regarding service visits, reminders, and satisfaction surveys

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

• Assist the service department with administrative support tasks

• Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a call center, dealership service department, or customer service role preferred

• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with computers, scheduling tools, and CRM software

• A team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Availability for flexible part-time hours , including some evenings and Saturdays
