Duties

Training and job responsibilities:
· Learn carpet, hardwood, LVP, and tile installation techniques
· Work alongside experienced installers as apprentice team member
· Participate in The Box training system for hands-on skill development
· Assist with project setup, material handling, and site preparation
· Learn proper tool usage and safety procedures under supervision
· Develop customer service skills through professional job site interaction
· Progress through structured 3-month foundation training program
· Learn subfloor preparation, measuring, cutting, and installation techniques
· Participate in ongoing training and professional development
· Maintain quality standards that earn positive customer reviews
· Handle residential remodels, new construction, and commercial projects

Requirements

What we're looking for:
· Strong work ethic and desire to learn skilled trade
· Reliable and punctual attendance
· Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback
· Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
· Professional appearance and positive attitude
· Valid driver's license required
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment
· Pass background check and drug screening
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
