• Provide world-class, Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Operations and Seminar Support (AFCIOC) instruction.
• Plan, develop, and execute training certification for Offensive Counterintelligence Operations (OFCO) Case Officers in accordance with DoD Instruction S-5240.09.
• Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, including weekends during course(s).
• Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.

Skills & Abilities :

• Experience employing a variety of learning techniques, i.e., eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Education and Experience:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Cl Special Agent credentialing school:
  1. JCITA Advanced Foreign Cl Operations Course (AFCIOC)
  2. Army Advanced Foreign Counterintelligence Training Course (AFCITC)
  3. Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course
  4. Navy Counterespionage Operations Course
  5. Legacy Training course (subject to approval by the customer)
• Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience conducting, supervising, instructing, supporting, or providing legal oversight of OFCO in accordance with the DoDI­ S5240.09.
• Highly desired experience includes experience as an Executive Case Officer, Team Chief, or Operations Officer.

Citizenship and Security Clearance Requirements:

• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens
• TS/SCI with Poly or ability to obtain Polygraph.
