Non CDL Courier Driver
Non‑CDL Driver – Multiple Shifts Available
We are hiring Non‑CDL Drivers to support daily delivery operations using box trucks and courier vans . This position is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy being on the road and maintaining a consistent delivery schedule. Openings are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift .
Pay
- $18.00/hour
- $20.00/hour for candidates who hold a valid DOT Medical Card
Schedule
- Openings on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Full‑time hours
- Overtime may be available based on workload
Position Details
Drivers will support local routes, dock‑to‑dock deliveries, and courier‑style drop‑off and pick‑up assignments. Routes may include commercial, industrial, and distribution customers. Professionalism, safe driving habits, and timeliness are essential.
Requirements
Box Truck Drivers
- Must have previous box truck driving experience
- Ability to safely maneuver a 16–26 ft vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record
Courier Van Drivers
- No prior van‑driving experience required
- Must have a clean driving record with at least +2 points (positive points, not violations)
- Must be comfortable navigating local routes
General Requirements for All Drivers
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, load, and unload materials as needed
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Must follow all company safety procedures and driving standards
