**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk, following all security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor and manage access control by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs for individuals entering and exiting the location.
+ Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activities.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, helping to maintain order and support site operations.
+ Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, supporting a welcoming and secure environment for all individuals at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
