Fast growing, independently owned, top level agency in the northern VA area seeking a 2-4yr experienced Commercial Producer to join the firm due to growth as they climb to the next level. Role has the support of a Client Service Agent. Currently writing in 13 states but preparing to roll out national program with an affiliate group. Great opportunity for someone looking to get out of the DC/Baltimore environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 or more years of commercial multi-line insurance experience.
- Most business walks in the door. Marketing new business isn’t a priority.
- High emphasis on integrity, ethics, and being a trusted partner to clients.
- Long term opportunity to move into management for the right candidate.
- *Might be willing to look at quality experienced PL producer looking to learn.
Casual, family-like environment.
Our client offers a solid compensation package, including 2 options for base salary with commensurate commissions in perpetuity and solid benefits.
