Harrisonburg Ford is seeking 2 motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associate's to join our team.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features to customers.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales within company guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of current product inventory, promotions, and financing options.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with team members and management to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related retail sales role required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is a plus.
