Skilled Carpenter – Valley Roofing & Exteriors
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22-28/hour (Depending on experience and skillset)

Position Overview
Valley Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a Skilled Carpenter with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. This Skilled Carpenter role is ideal for someone experienced in framing, building decks, and completing exterior home improvement projects.
The ideal Skilled Carpenter is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform framing for residential construction and exterior projects
- Build and repair decks, porches, and other outdoor structures
- Complete exterior home improvement projects including siding, trim, and general carpentry
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards
- Safely operate tools and equipment provided by the company
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Skilled Carpenter
- Strong experience with framing, decking, and exterior carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites (company truck provided during work hours)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide own hand tools (all major tools, truck, and trailer provided)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
