- Drive financial performance analysis through detailed budget comparisons and variance analysis
- Coordinate and supervise month-end close processes with precision and efficiency
- Interface directly with senior management to review performance and strategic objectives
- Champion financial policies and procedures while identifying improvement opportunities
- Lead budget preparation initiatives across our diverse hotel portfolio
- Identify and communicate business issues with accounting and tax implications
- Ensure exceptional financial results through rigorous oversight and analysis
- Support special projects that drive company growth and innovation
