Customer Service Representative—Kegerreis Digital Marketing

Kegerreis Digital Marketing is the sister company to the 11th largest billboard company in the US ( with coverage in 7 states and 67 counties, including Danville, VA, the site of its corporate headquarters. In this role, you will work primarily with the Web Team and Leadership, as well as festival and event clients.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities for Customer Service Representative:

· Respond to client emails and social media messages and research basic support requests.

· Support festival vendors and patrons during shows.

· Escalate technical issues that cannot be addressed.

· Document issues, actions taken, and final resolution.

· Maintain procedure and frequently asked questions (FAQ) documentation.

· Answer the main office line, route calls, and record and distribute messages, as needed.

Ideal Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

· Ability to read, understand, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries.

· Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.

· Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

· Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.

· Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.

· Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Familiarity with technology (computers, mobile devices, etc.)

· Experience working in the service industry or providing customer support.

Location of Work:

· Company office is located Danville, VA.

· Work from home on Saturday and Sunday will be available after the first 90 days

Position Type:

· Full-time Entry Level Professional Work

· Work week is Thursday – Monday, weekend hours depending on client festival/show hours
