Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Application Security team, you will be responsible for helping deliver Oracle Cloud Applications Security & Controls implementations and Risk Management Cloud modules, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud security, controls, and compliance.
  • Design, implement, and manage security and controls for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • Support full life cycle implementations across design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Configure and support Oracle Identity Cloud Service access, roles, and user management
  • Assess security risks, perform security reviews, and implement corrective actions within Oracle HCM Cloud environments
  • Develop and apply security policies, segregation of duties frameworks, and control designs to protect sensitive data and support compliance

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or another business-related field
  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing security and controls for Oracle HCM Cloud applications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting full life cycle implementations across design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • 3+ years of experience implementing segregation of duties frameworks, mitigating controls, and segregation of duties tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • 1+ years of experience with Oracle Platform as a Service, Oracle Identity Cloud Service, and Risk Management Cloud
  • 1+ years of experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying business process controls, automated controls, and information technology controls
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud configuration for automated control design and development
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service integration
  • Experience serving Government and Public Services environments
  • Previous consulting experience

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.
