**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
+ Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items, following established protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Maintain accurate records and logs of screening activities and/or incidents.
+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors to answer questions and provide directions as needed.
+ Conduct regular and/or random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity, as required by site procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
