Role Snapshot
- Drive net-new business while expanding existing relationships.
- Own your prospecting motion across networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Deliver data-informed recommendations and compelling presentations.
Core Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Generate your own leads with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business.
- Conduct market and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build and present tailored sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to create effective promotional materials.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide prompt, exceptional service, responding quickly to client inquiries.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date activity and account records within the CRM.
Qualifications
- Documented sales experience, preferably in a similar sector.
- Clear, persuasive communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate independently and thrive in a team setting.
- Evidence of consistent goal attainment in sales.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
