Marketing Communications and Events Coordinator
- Assist in implementation of comprehensive marketing plan to increase awareness of Bath Community Hospital and its subsidiaries to include Bath Community Physicians Group, Bath Community Pharmacy, and Bath Community Rehab & Wellness.
- Create engaging content and graphics, and manage various platforms including social media, website, newsletters, and community benefits tracker.
- Manage all internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Coordinate and execute events such as health fairs and community outreach programs to align with hospital mission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance the hospital's visibility.
- Event planning and management to include creating and managing budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field / or two years' experience in the same
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel), social media platforms, various content management systems, and graphic design tools such as Canva (or similar software).
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
