Spray Technician

Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, weed control, aeration, and overseeding.
- Operate and maintain turf care equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect and diagnose lawn issues, recommending appropriate treatments.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure satisfaction and high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and a passion for lawn and turf care.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
