- A bachelor's degree in social work, Human Resource Field, or related disciplines like Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitative Counseling, or Psychology; preferred.

- Documenting interaction and social care components in assessment and care plans.
- Identifying community services and facilitating their utilization.
- Compiling social histories to enrich understanding of residents' backgrounds.
- Observing and reporting changes in behavior, attitude, or personality for timely interventions.
