Job Overview:
The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective responses to power outages and emergency situations. This position involves gathering and analyzing customer calls and computer data to determine the location and cause of outages, dispatching personnel and repair crews, and maintaining accurate information during storm events. The role also includes managing Estimated Restoration Times, providing first-line resolution to customer complaints, and handling direct customer correspondence. Additional responsibilities include prioritizing, scheduling, and managing non-emergency maintenance and customer-requested work, as well as performing tasks related to trouble work setup, permitting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer calls and computer data to identify the location and cause of power outages.
• Dispatch first response personnel and repair crews efficiently to address outages and emergencies.
• Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, planned overtime, and fill-shifts.
• Maintain accurate information and crew movements during storm events.
• Manage Estimated Restoration Times and provide timely updates to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and handle direct customer correspondence.
• Prioritize, schedule, and manage non-emergency maintenance and customer-requested work.
• Perform tasks related to trouble work, including setup, permitting, joint-use interaction, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with team members and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of electric services.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple software tools.
• Strong communication skills and a good work ethic.
• Team player with reliability, integrity, and initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Experience in the electric utility industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
