Manage workload distribution, sprint planning, code reviews, and peer mentoring.
Maintain team velocity by removing blockers, clarifying requirements, and escalating issues appropriately.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.

Development & Delivery Oversight
Lead hands-on development for high-priority, complex, or sensitive automations as needed.
Oversee integration of RPA solutions with client systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, Shared Services, internal APIs).
Ensure automations meet quality standards through rigorous testing, code review, and end-to-end validation.
Support Hypercare, production deployments, O&M activities, and defect resolution.

Governance, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with Enterprise DevOps, Cybersecurity, and SDLC policies.
Oversee creation and maintenance of PDDs, SDDs, SOPs, test plans, and user guides.
Maintain full traceability throughout the automation lifecycle.
Enforce adherence to configuration management and release protocols.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
