Mission Profile

• Command the EC135 in SPIFR/NVG operations on a 24-hour day/night rotation

• Operate under rigorous CAMTS guidelines—our Destination Zero safety culture demands it

• Assist with patient & equipment loading (lift up to 100 lbs)

• Perform line-pilot duties per GOM and support safety campaigns

• Deliver courteous, reliable service to med crews, dispatch, and receiving facilities

Your Flight Log Checklist

• VE7A Qualified + Commercial & Instrument Helicopter Ratings

• First-Class Medical Certificate

• 2,000 Total Flight Hours :

  • 1,500 helicopter

  • 1,000 PIC

  • 500 turbine

  • 100 NVG/unaided night ops

  • 100 instrument (actual & hood)

• ATP to be obtained within 12 months of hire

• Max Weight : 235 lbs (safety-critical limit)

• Live within 1 hour of Harrisonburg base

• Pass physical exam, drug screen & background check

• Excellent communication & customer-service skills
