Pay: $70,000 – $100,000+ per year (top hourly pay with uncapped bonus potential)

Job Summary

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will provide professional residential HVAC service including diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining systems in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and local codes. You will also identify sales opportunities and clearly explain pricing and replacement options to customers.

What You Will Do

• Respond promptly to residential service calls
• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Provide courteous, professional customer service
• Recommend and propose equipment replacements when appropriate
• Complete required service documentation
• Collect customer payments

What You Will Need

• Prior experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (after-hours, weekends, and holidays)
• Minimum 6 months of plumbing service and repair experience (3+ years preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in enclosed spaces
• Tech-savvy and adaptable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be local or able to commute to Roanoke, VA 24018
