What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers that our team sets appointments with
• Conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations
• Build trust and guide clients through the home buying/selling process
• Follow up with prospects in your pipeline
• Convert opportunities into signed agreements and closed transactions
• Participate in coaching and training to improve conversion skills
