Client Service Representative - Entry Level

As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Client Service Representative to serve as the direct link between our organization and the public —helping to inspire support, build relationships, and make a measurable difference in local communities.
About the Role
This is a face-to-face outreach position centered on in-person donor engagement and community advocacy . As a Client Service Representative , you’ll represent our organization at local events, public spaces, and community outreach sites , creating meaningful connections and delivering a positive experience for every supporter.
This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in their community.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the in-person point of contact for donors, supporters, and community members
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at events, outreach booths, and community activations
- Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative manner
- Share campaign updates and answer questions about our mission and initiatives
- Collect and process donor information accurately using mobile tools or paper forms
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and branded outreach materials
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination
- Provide feedback from field interactions to improve outreach and donor engagement strategies
- Maintain accurate interaction records and support campaign performance reporting
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for community outreach, nonprofit work, and cause-driven initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in live, public settings
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track interactions and follow up effectively
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable with a positive attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in customer service, fundraising, events, or retail is a plus
- Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
