About the Role

National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide:
- Case Management Services : Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
- Service Plans : Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
- Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
- Evaluations and Assessments : Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
- Facilitate Wraparound Meetings : Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.

Compensation
This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
- Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494
- This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus.
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
