Key Responsibilities

As an Events Assistant , you will work closely with our nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through live events and public engagement .

Your daily tasks may include:

• Assisting with planning and executing events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns.

• Supporting event logistics : setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site operations.

• Engaging with donors , supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation.

• Managing promotional materials and event supplies to ensure smooth execution.

• Collecting and updating donor data , assisting with reporting, and post-event follow-ups.

• Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure successful event outcomes.

• Participating in training sessions and team meetings to further develop outreach and event skills.
