Overview

Solutions Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic and sports position in Arlington, Virginia. This privately owned practice offers strong teamwork, excellent mentorship, and advanced clinical training. Therapists use manual therapy and functional exercise to help patients achieve their goals, all within a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

Caseload and Patient Population

The caseload consists of roughly 70% general orthopedics and 30% sports cases , treating patients of all ages. Therapists typically see 11–12 patients per day .
The treatment model includes 30 minutes of one-on-one care with the Physical Therapist, followed by 30 minutes of supervised exercise with trained support staff.

Work Schedule

• Clinic open Monday–Friday

• Hours: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Monday–Thursday , 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Friday

• No weekends or major holidays , supporting strong work–life balance

Compensation

Physical Therapists typically earn $90,000–$105,000 per year , depending on experience and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent

• Eligible for or currently licensed as a PT in Virginia

• Two years of outpatient experience required

• Full-time availability required
