Welder Lv. 1 Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:30pm )

• Fit and weld structural and non?pressurized metal assemblies using MIG and Flux Core techniques.
• Prepare weld seams and interpret engineering drawings to correctly lay out fabricated parts.
• Use air and hand tools to complete fabrication tasks and ensure weldments meet quality standards.
• Perform plasma and torch cutting as needed for component preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow required PPE and work-order procedures.

Welder Lv. 1 Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or Trade School training preferred.
• 1–2 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must have the ability to be respirator certified (PAPR system use).
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret weld symbols accurately.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, and work in confined spaces
