Compensation: $90,000–$120,000/year

AO Globe Life is hiring service-focused professionals to support working families with life and supplemental benefit programs. This is a full-time, commission-based position designed for individuals who value relationship-building, client education, and long-term service—not transactional sales.

You will meet virtually with clients who have already requested information, providing clear guidance, thoughtful recommendations, and continued support throughout their coverage experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients who have requested benefit information

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate supplemental coverage options

• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and attention to detail

• Provide ongoing service, policy support, and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

• Collaborate within a remote, team-oriented environment focused on client success
