Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established and respected team in the Harbour View area of Suffolk, Virginia . We’re a busy, collegial group of 5 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner providing exceptional outpatient care to generations of patients — and we’re growing!

This position replaces a recently retired physician, offering an immediate, full patient panel and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Practice Highlights

• Advanced technology: EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting

• Comprehensive on-site support: 3 LPNs, 4 CMAs, 7 PSRs , Practice Administrator, APC Market Lead, and on-site PharmD for diabetes education and medication management

• Convenient access to nearby specialty offices, imaging, radiology, ER, and hospital services

• Collaborative, mentorship-driven environment within a supportive health system

What We’re Looking For

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM/ABMS)

• Completion of a U.S.-based Internal Medicine residency

• Prior internal medicine or outpatient experience preferred

• Comfortable managing a patient panel independently

• Committed to high-quality, relationship-based, population health-focused care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive guaranteed base salary for 2 years
