RBT / Behavior Technician – In-Clinic Fun with Purpose!

We’re on a mission to empower children, families, and communities through evidence-based ABA—and we’re looking for creative, flexible RBTs/Behavior Technicians to join our in-clinic team (with opportunities for in-home and school support too).

What You’ll Do:

• Teach language, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in a fun, play-based settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by our BCBAs

• Track progress and celebrate milestones

• Support kids and families with compassion + energy

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, reliable, and ready to make a difference

• 20+ hours availability, M–F (afternoons/evenings ideal)

• Clear background check, negative TB test

• Bonus if you’ve got coursework in psych, child development, or social work
