- Draft and/or perform vetting process of new requirements , making sure all information is provided prior to Sponsor approval/concurrence. This could include: Coordinate and facilitate exchange meetings or forums to determine needs of customers; consult with customer to clarify and validate complex requests' Coordinate, facilitate and provide substantive input to meetings to assist in the design and implementation of requirements and to determine the impact of changes; Facilitate meeting with stakeholders to prioritize work; Review the final technical review and validation of requirements; Ensure all necessary approvals have been obtained such as Security, CIC, etc.; Prepare requirements for review and acceptance by Sponsor review boards
- Oversee requirements tracking process to include : Ensure all outstanding requests for requirements are tracked; Monitor submitted requirements and communicate status; Interact with service providers and customers to resolve complex concerns associated with pending and/or in-process requirements; Ensure follow up with customers and providers; verify completion of requirements with customers and service providers, ensure expectations are properly met; Assist with the collection and reporting of requirements related metrics.
- Collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify requirements; identify new opportunities to recommend for implementation
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand and anticipate requirements
- Identify opportunities to integrate and improve resources to accomplish customer needs
- Draft concept papers, use cases, or white papers to capture future changes to the system
- Active TS/SCI++
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related technical discipline, plus 3 years of direct experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects; OR, High school diploma plus 7 years of combined experience in requirements management for technical IT solutions projects, system and/or software development, IT systems administration, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Experience in roles such as Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Integrator.
- Experience supporting Agile development teams, including requirements management, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, verifying, and tracing requirements, and aligning requirements to Agile sprints for complex IT systems.
- Ability to facilitate requirements discussions and stakeholder interviews, ensuring effective coordination, documentation, traceability, verification, and validation of IT system requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Intelligence Community (IC) Experience: 7 years of experience supporting programs within the Intelligence Community
- Experience designing and documenting information systems using DoDAF architecture models and views.
- Experience supporting technical IT development teams in IC environments.
- Experience contributing to or executing process improvement initiatives.
