ScheduleMonday Friday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized, person-centered support in the home environment.Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support as needed.Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary.Complete light housekeeping tasks related to the individuals care, such as laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean, safe living space.Offer companionship and engage the individual in meaningful activities during scheduled hours.Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans.Support occasional errands or appointments if required.Maintain a calm, structured environment that promotes safety and well-being.Document services provided and report any concerns or changes in condition promptly.Communicate regularly and professionally with family members and supervisors.Attend required trainings and meetings.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in home care, personal care, or supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain before start date).Must pass required background checks and health screenings.Reliable transportation and punctuality required.Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to work independently in a home setting.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and assist with mobility as needed.Ability to lift or reposition individuals when required.Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks.Join Our TeamIf you are looking for consistent weekday hours and meaningful one-on-one work in a home setting, we encourage you to apply.
