Dealer Financial Services Specialist

Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC, is searching for a Dealer Financial Services Specialist to join our Dealer Financial Services Department based in Virginia Beach. This job contributes to the success of Avis Budget Group by being responsible for maintaining a close relationship with Budget Truck Dealers and Field Management. Willing to research and resolve any issues to continue dealer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

What you will do:

• Reports Coordinator - responsible for creating reports in Oracle Fusion & TRABO

• Administrator for Doculynx - includes granting and removing access along with troubleshooting

• Responsible for Weekly Cash posting

• Responsible for Monthly Bank reconciliation

• Review and Record checks for Journal

• NSF Reversals

• Uploads - NSF, Check Fee, Bonus Docking, Ownership changes

• Check Fee Review / Chargebacks

• Process & Coordinate quarterly payout for small business lead commissions

• Field Admin (new dealer packets)

• Dealer Set up, Updates, and Closing

• Maintaining Customer Maintenance module for ACH set-ups for Dealers

• AR Adjustments

• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• High school graduate and some college preferred

• Three years of customer service experience.

• Two years of account receivables experience

Skills and Abilities you should have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Must be detailed oriented and the ability to multi-task
