Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 + Bonuses + Benefits

We're seeking a Site Superintendent who shares our commitment to quality, detail, and relationships. This role is for a field-first, solutions-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and brings the same level of care to subcontractors and jobsite cleanliness as they do to millwork and marble.

• Full site management of ground-up luxury residential projects from mobilization through final walk-through and handoff.

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to the schedule.

• Lead and coordinate all trades, vendors, site personnel, and inspections - managing the tempo and tone of the project.

• Act as an on-site representative for TriCrest , ensuring clear communication and high service standards for clients, architects, and designers.

• Partner with the Project Manager on budgets, delivery timelines, subcontractor payments, and change management.

• Research, vet, and recommend new vendors, materials, or installation methods aligned with evolving luxury trends and performance standards.

• Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance on-site.

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end, ground-up custom residential construction.

• Proven leadership in the field - you set expectations, follow up consistently, and elevate every trade.

• Familiarity with construction schedules, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and mobile communication tools.

• Deep knowledge of residential building systems , sequencing, permitting processes, and high-end finishes.

• Experience working directly with clients, architects, and consultants on complex, design-driven builds.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; clean driving record required.
