Promotional Marketing Assistant - Paid Training | Immediate Start
We are actively hiring Promotional Marketing Assistants ! This entry-level, in-person role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals who want hands-on experience in marketing, brand promotions, and live events . No prior experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth .
Key Responsibilities
Assist with promotional marketing campaigns, live events, and brand activations
Represent brands and organizations at community events, trade shows, and fundraisers
Engage directly with audiences to promote products, services, or causes
Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
Track and report audience interactions and campaign performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Outgoing, friendly, and confident in face-to-face communication
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team player who can also work independently
18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Available for weekends or evening events
