The Opportunity

We're growing, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial, mission-driven leader to run our Botetourt County office. This isn't a caretaking job—it's a builder's job. You'll be accountable for your office's growth and profitability, with real ownership over what it becomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow your local office—team, census, and reputation.
• Build strong referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team that reflects our values.
• Own your office's performance—revenue, profitability, quality of care, and overall success.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for every client, family, and caregiver.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership experience in sales, business development, healthcare, or operations (home care experience is helpful but not required).
• Someone who wants real accountability for real results—not just a paycheck.
• A genuine heart for serving seniors, their families, and the caregivers who care for them.

Compensation

Base salary of $60,000–$75,000, plus a quarterly bonus based on a healthy percentage of your office's profitability—uncapped and tied directly to the business you build.
