Responsibilities
- Lead vendors confidently, evaluating scope, quotes, and contracts to ensure reasonable and transparent production costs.
- Manage end-to-end multimedia production projects, coordinating internal teams, talent, and external vendors to deliver high-impact content supporting business priorities and storytelling objectives.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, performance, and scope management, including navigating SOWs, change requests, and timelines.
- Organize talent, coordinate crew setup for field and studio shoots, including cameras, lighting, audio, and call sheets.
- Facilitate creative brainstorming, pre-interviews, talent scouting, and pre-production procurement such as props and equipment.
- Ensure seamless on-set operations and support, trafficking files, and maintaining performance accountability.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor production budgets using dashboards, KPIs, and analytics, reporting on costs and escalation concerns early.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment, provide regular updates, and deliver integrated, timely results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational alignments, supporting initiative planning and resource prioritization.
- Research emerging technologies and trends, recommending solutions that support business objectives.
- Performs other duties as required or appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in in-house or agency multimedia content production, specifically in photo/video shoots and content creation.
- Experience managing high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, and governance skills focused on delivering value and mitigating risks.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, stakeholder communication, and project teams across business units.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to secure executive buy-in and drive team alignment.
- Ability to influence without authority and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
- Proficiency or understanding of pre- and post-production software (preferred).
- Experience with video teleconferencing platforms (preferred).
- Skilled in interviews with guests and on-camera talent (preferred).
- Experience in videography, sound production, and non-linear editing (preferred).
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours and ability to travel occasionally.
