Job Overview :

We are urgently hiring multiple Civil Engineers at various experience levels, including both Registered and Unregistered professionals. If you have a background in civil engineering, particularly in Residential Land Development , and are looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and oversee civil engineering projects with a focus on Residential Land Development .
• Prepare plans, reports, and technical drawings related to site development, grading, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project goals are met efficiently and on time.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout all project phases, from planning through completion.
• Work on multi-discipline projects, collaborating with other engineering teams (structural, geotechnical, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required (unregistered professionals are welcome to apply).
• 2+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in residential land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and land development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
