Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our growing event marketing firm as a Community Outreach Representative . In this role, you will play a vital part in strengthening community relationships, promoting upcoming events, and increasing local engagement through strategic outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, schools, local businesses, and civic leaders

• Plan and execute outreach strategies to increase awareness of company initiatives and upcoming events

• Represent the company at community events, fairs, networking functions, and local meetings

• Distribute promotional materials and engage directly with community members to drive event participation

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns and engagement materials

• Assist in organizing and hosting community workshops, informational sessions, and promotional events

• Collect feedback from community members to evaluate outreach effectiveness and guide future initiatives

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, Public Relations, or related field preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage diverse audiences

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, marketing, or public relations is a plus (not required)
