Cold Calling Agent & Lead Generation Specialist
**Job Title:** Cold Calling & Lead Generation Specialist – Real Estate Industry
We’re looking for a motivated **Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialist** to join our team in the real estate industry!
This **position** focuses on **cold calling, lead generation, listing, and wholesale outreach**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **taking calls, identifying potential leads, and generating qualified opportunities** for our sales team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, property owners, and investors.
* Generate new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up calls.
* Qualify leads and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
* Nurture and follow up with potential clients to convert interest into opportunities.
* Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
* Meet daily and weekly, calling and lead generation targets.
* Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in every interaction.
**Requirements:**
* Previous **call center experience** is required.
* **Real estate industry experience** is a plus.
* **Fluent English** (spoken and written) – neutral or no accent is necessary.
* Experience using **Call Tools or similar dialing software**.
* Strong **communication, persuasion, and sales** skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Reliable **internet connection** and a **quiet work environment**.
