RSG Landscaping is looking for a dynamic EH&S Manager to lead company‐wide safety initiatives and champion a culture where every employee feels protected, engaged, and empowered. If you're passionate about safety excellence and want to make a direct impact, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage company-wide Environmental, Health, Safety, and Fleet Safety programs
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations
- Lead new‐hire orientations, OSHA-required trainings, and ongoing safety education
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DEQ, DOT, VDACS, and other regulations
- Oversee fleet safety, driver compliance, and vehicle inspections
- Maintain detailed safety records and reporting
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years in EH&S, safety management, or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in EH&S, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- CSP, CIH, CHMM, or OSHA 10/30 certifications preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
